Menu — What's Served Before the Cards
A short supper menu, drawn from the port and the wheatbelt, booked apart from the hall.

A Short List, Served From Half Five
The kitchen keeps a short list, built around what comes off the boats and out of the wheatbelt this week.
Nothing heavy, nothing battered — supper is meant to clear before the hall opens.
Dinner is booked separately from a seat at the cards; ask for both if you want them.

- Starters
- Pumpkin soup, or marron with herb butter.
- Mains
- Western rock lobster, or grilled King George whiting.
- Sweets
- Pavlova, or scones with jam and cream.
Booking Dinner
How Supper Bookings Work
- Telephone the front desk to hold a table; supper bookings are kept apart from the hall's own list.
- Tables are held for twenty minutes past the booked time before being released.
- A dinner booking does not reserve a seat at the cards — the two are arranged separately.
- The supper bill is settled at the table before guests move through to the hall.
